Shipping & Returns / Exchange
At Cora Jewellery, our goal is to provide you with jewellery that you will treasure for a lifetime. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund. Items can be returned as long as they are not bespoke, personalised, or made-to-measure orders. Customised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. The returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with the tag intact.
Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1
Notify us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. Alternatively, you may use the invoice/order number. You can do this by emailing hello@corajewellery.co.uk or calling +44 (0) 208 470 1221.
Step 2
Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including the Returns Authorisation number or invoice/order number.
Step 3
Return your package via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to:

Please note, you are responsible for insuring and covering the return postage, so we highly recommend using a trackable service like Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Important: Cora Jewellery does not accept liability for returned items if they are not sent using Royal Mail.

Step 4
Upon receipt, you will be refunded in full, including the original U.K. delivery charges. Please note, the cost of returns, sales tax, import duties, and delivery charges for international orders are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
